Another summer painting, painted with my studio doors wide open. Having grown up in Cyprus, I am more of a summer person. Balmy evenings, with their gentle breeze and scent of heady jasmine. The intense heat, which makes me slow down and feel like I’m on holiday. The sound of flip flops, watermelon to quench my thirst, siesta, shuttered light....
