I began creating artist books during Melbourne’s first COVID lockdown as a way to break the repetitiveness of everyday life. Circuit Breaker 2.0 is a reflection of that time—an exploration of disruption, renewal, and perspective.
The folding structure invites viewers to engage with the work from multiple angles, but also poses a deeper question: Can we ever truly see the whole picture at once? The back-and-forth nature of the imagery hints at duality and complexity, asking whether there are always two sides to every story.
