The Golden Gate Bridge is a chameleon of sorts: it looks different from each vantage point. This is my favorite view; the towers are lined up "just so" and I can look right down the lanes of traffic. Each time I am here I marvel at the number of cars and trucks constantly going to and fro, from one end to the other. I giggle when my timing is just right and I spot the yellow zipper car! This specialized vehicle switches the barrier between the lanes of traffic going different directions. On this day I find it near the second tower. It is distant, yet still obvious with its big square shape and gold color. -Lynette Cook
