Door County Plein Air in Wisconsin is a prestigious event. You have to be "invited" to participate in the main event, however the 2 hour quick paint is open to all artists. This was my practice painting for the quick paint. It turned out better than the piece I turned in for judging. When I came the next day to paint during the event, the city had come and mowed down most of the flowers! ARRGGHH!
