This artwork was the beginning of my on-going series "Mostly Abstract Drawings". At that time, I was beset with my internal messages which were profoundly and negatively influencing my creativity. Things were either good or bad, perfect or a failure, right or they were wrong. There were no grays-everything was black or white. Yet, the egg is a symbol of rebirth, of growth. Little did I know that this drawing was the beginning of the end of those negative messages.
