This sculpture resides along Airport Road at the entryway to Vance Brand Municipal Airport and represents the evolution of flight, beginning with birds, progressing to bi-planes, airplanes and ultimately the modern day rocket ship. The twenty-plus birds and ten airplanes are fabricated from cast aluminum alloy.
