Everything Leads Me Here is a meditation on place and belonging, a work created in the liminal space between departure and arrival. Painted just before Skye left for her New York residency, it belongs to her Between Ocean and Tree series, which explores the tension between rootedness and movement, home and horizon.

Through gestural, expressive florals and dense layers of oil paint, the work channels personal memory, feminine lineage, and the emotional landscapes of transition. It is both a farewell and a grounding, a recognition that everything she carries, all she's inherited and lived, converges here, in this moment of becoming.
