"The Silver Band of Present Time" by Robert Tully, 2000; round sculpture/clock tower; wider at bottom and tapers toward the top; bottom half is made from blocks of buff-colored sandstone, with deliberate separations in the masonry; single band of red brick around exterior; above sandstone is section of hand-hewn blocks of grey, red, pink & mahogany-colored granite; on top of tower are 2 larger rectangular solar panels & one smaller square panel; there are also 2 clock faces with backs carved in white marble; one faces east, the other, west, each with operational metal square mechanism mounting and hands; not permanently marked due to location.
