This is my interpretation of a favorite beach trip in Ireland, where I led an art retreat in 2023. We drove across an active golf course to get there which was the official path of entry, and golfers waived to us along the way. We approached the beach by climbing over a rise to this incredible view! The wind was blowing hard and though the sky was blue that day, I imagined it during a proper Irish storm while painting it.
