When I look at this painting it reminds me so much of my great grandmother's home in Alabama. I was quite young, the time I remember going there but there was a beautiful old white, two story farm house that I remember so well. I also remember the old spring house, and I remember think how cool it was to have a place built right over a creek that ran thru the yard. I hope that this will remind you of such things also.
