I'm blessed to live so near the beautiful Silver Springs State Park. For years it was an amusement park and we loved to take the kids there. This is the location that many of the Tarzan movies were filmed and also the Sea Hunt series staring Lloyd Bridges. There are still Monkeys living their in the wild, left from the Tarzan Movies. This piece is painted from a photo I took right across from the location of the main Spring. Sometimes I go there to paint on location. Makes a very pleasant day.
