Inspired by Edward Hopper's painting "The Night Hawks". Hopper created the painting in reaction to the US entering WWII - an existential crisis that created anxiety and isolation. The modern existential crisis is climate change, thus cold core rings of the of North Atlantic Current perhaps disappearing as the world becomes warmer.
