Monarch Butterfly landing on a marigold
Monarch butterflies are becoming scarce so I love seeing monarch butterflies. Their bold black shapes and white dots are so striking! I thought it would be fun to paint it with an orange flower, the marigold. The blue sky provides a nice contrast.
