Exhibited in NYC in my solo exhibition titled, "Cosmic Consciousness". this painting refers to the central star and also the largest star of the Pleiades or Seven Sisters. In Greek mythology, the Pleiades, meaning the doves, was the name given to the seven daughters of Atlas and Pleione. Their names were Electra, Maya, Taygete, Alcyone, Celaeno, Sterope and Merope.
