I have never met Tim Raue. He is best friends with another German TV-Show Cook called Tim Mälzer, who I havn´t met personally either. I saw them both together on a very enjoyable TV-Show called Kitchen Impossible.
Tim Raue works out of Berlin. He is renown as a 2 Michelin-starred chef known for his Asian-inspired cuisine, based on intense flavors of sweetness, acidity and spiciness. I really would love to have dinner at his restaurant one day - when I can afford it.
