In days of great kings and mysterious mages. In days of might and frailty. In days of bloody sacrifices.
Deep under a mountain, inside an underground lake cavern, there slept two dragons. Their uneasy sleep every night mired the foundations of a castle that a king wanted built. Taking the advice of a boy he intended to sacrifice and whose blood was supposed to protect the structure, the king commanded his labourers to dig deep into the mountain. The dragons awoke and started fighting. White and red, fierce and ferocious, strong and stronger. Eventually the red dragon has chased out the white and the king took the red dragon as his banner. So says the legend and that boy was Merlin.
