Inspiration: There are three prominent garden stories in the bible: the Garden of Eden, the garden in the Song of Solomon and the Garden of Gethsemane. While each has a unique storyline, this image is meant to stir reflections on what these Gardens mean to the viewer.
It’s interesting to note that when Mary first saw Jesus after He rose from the dead in John 15, she mistakenly thought He was the gardener, it wasn’t until He called her by name, that she recognized Him.
