Kym Cooper, a multidisciplinary artist, will complete a funded two-week residency in Summerville, South Carolina from October 30th to November 9th exploring the challenging history of enslaved persons on a 19th century property in the Lowcountry. Her residency will also include a day visit to The International Slave Museum in Charleston, South Carolina.
