I have been experiencing a very emotional part of my life right now. At times it feels like I'm on top of it all and can move on with a genuine sense of happiness. There are other days where the grieving process starts all over again and I'm back at the beginning. Grief is necessary in order to heal. If I didn't grieve, I don't think I truly did love. But I did and do still love.
Even though it may seem like this repetitive process will continue on forever, I need to remember that in a year from now, I will be in a very different place. That idea is what keeps me moving forward.
