Wind Through Fields II is part of the artist’s ongoing exploration of light, atmosphere, and landscape memory, the work reflects a contemporary abstract language rooted in observation and emotional response to the environment. It evokes the sensation of wind moving across an illuminated landscape. Vertical gestures of deep crimson, earth tones, and luminous gold rise through the composition like grasses bending in shifting air. Layers of oil paint create a sense of depth and movement, allowing light to emerge through the surface as if passing through a field at dusk.
