Received call for Body Parts. Quickly came up with 10 images from “body parts” I had lying around. Had the beautiful branch cuttings from the lilac tree the white haired gardner had cut by the old green house that became nfi, to use as rods for Fertile Cry panels. Used the extra large one as root for blood root.
Body Parts, (sub-theme of the Marriage of Heaven and Earth) “For lack of intimacy we are bleeding from the roots.” Terry Tempest Williams - the lilac tree is the tree by the “home”. When we were finally putting up the windmill, digging the holes, George and I discovered two lilac trees from the old homestead (after we’d lived here for three years)
