Untitled (Hiking Black Bear Wilderness Area - Sanford, Florida)

I created this piece the day after going hiking in the Black Bear Wilderness Trail in Sanford, Florida. The colors, color blocks, calm yet energetic feel - like a hike in the woods that is relaxing and yet takes a bit of effort to make the hike - are indicative of how much I enjoyed the hike and a reflection of on it. Being out in nature is very grounding, It is a way of practicing mindfulness, enjoyment in the present moment. So, I hope I have captured a bit of that in this work and you can enjoy it as well.
