Interwoven — 2026 Legacy Series
Interwoven reflects the quiet ways our lives are formed through layers of faith, story, and identity. Built through textures, fragments, and threads, the piece mirrors the way experiences—both visible and hidden—become part of a larger whole.
While creating this work, I kept returning to the scripture:
“Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she smiles at the future.”
— Proverbs 31:25
That verse speaks to the heart of this piece. It reminds us that identity is not something we manufacture ourselves; it is something we are clothed in. Strength, dignity, and hope are woven into the lives of the daughters of the Most High.
