After fighting off a rival male for about 20 minutes, this male is eagerly returning to his partner. He is just honking away loudly to let her know of his success. This scene was captured as he was landing with  wings spread wide open and at the moment his feet touched the water creating a beautiful wake as he gracefully slid towards her. However, she seemed unimpressed and was quite content to keep feeding or was possibly just playing hard to get. You observe and decide the outcome. Enjoy!
