This painting was originally commissioned by Boyd and Robert Corbett. These two brothers were actively working to support Ken and his art. The painting they decided to personally commission was of Joseph and Hyrum Smith. Their heritage is through Hyrum Smith. Much has been said about the amazing relationship Joseph and Hyrum had with each other as they brought about the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It was a set of brothers, also with a very sweet relationship, who commissioned this piece of art.
