"Garden of Stone and Light", "Venezia", and "Mozaik" are extensive series, each with a Mediterranean theme. There is even a "suite" of media. In Achepohl's work as a whole, watercolors become intaglios become woodcuts become oils. Engravings become mezzotints become watercolor with pencil. Small becomes large and large becomes small.
