This monotype began as a mark making exercise. This was followed by several layers of monotype printmaking using medical gauze and plastic wrap. The cherry on the top is the blue "mini layer, made using my own masks and stencils. This piece has been professionally and beautifully framed with three inches of 8-ply mat board surrounding the work and a thick white frame for a clean, contemporary look.
