Avalanche

The past several years have seen many natural disasters. Whether caused by global warming or random weather, these events have impacted the lives of millions. My 80-year old parents lost their home and all their possessions in the recent California fires. But their three-week stay at a Red Cross shelter was a positive and uplifting experience for them. They saw first hand an outpouring of help and support by the people of this nation. Individuals and businesses reached out to those affected by fostering their homeless pets, donating food and supplies, and more. Thank you to all who stepped up to make a difference for these victims.
