Contraction

This piece is part of a collection explores catalytic formation, duality, expansion and contraction, texture, contrast, how we establish value in objects, and an obsession with shiny things. The series is inspired by and references the geological, organic, and cosmic. Each piece is reflective, made with india ink as well as metallic inks and acrylic paints, changing in the light as if dimensional. Yupo is a 100% plastic surface.
