Inspired by a late afternoon sunset looking out across the green lawn to my studio and beyond and seeing the most incredibly vibrant pink sky. I have depicted rain in this work because at the moment it is all we dream about being in one of the worst droughts in history the worry is constant. This is my feeling about envisaging it raining in my mind and would you believe that the very same night that I let this work out into the world it rained!
