I painted this girl to express my own awakening. There are three things that my art continuously embodies: COURAGE, TRANSFORMATION AND SELF AWARENESS. The painting speaks to these ideas and to that pivotal moment when we recognize that the power we've alway carried inside is fierce! When we move from our gentle, quiet, unsure selves to an open and courageous path, gentle and fierce unite in such a beautiful way.
