(The Fox is in the Yard)
In Vitorchiano, Italy, the farmer spots a sneaky fox (volpe) in his garden looking for chickens to harass (or eat!). The farmer shoos it away, before the fox captures its clucking dinner. When my dear friend and I lived in Italy for a year, I was flooded with creative juices and that became a painting obsession time for me!
My acrylics were at the ready for any moment the “lightning strike” happened in my soul!
The smears of color and pens came in with those storms!
