Brian Hindson: Descrip: Starting from the top left: That’s a depiction of the Vocational Technical Food Service classroom that was converted to a quarantine section. 31 of us, on cots with a toilet and a shower made for us. The kitchen cabinet area has a t.v. in it. Top right is a prairie dog that are all over the compound including the recreation yard. Below the prairie dog is a wind turbine that exists on the compound-- and I saw “farms of them on the bus in Texas. Bottom is a pair of boots. Then a skunk I saw walking on the compound as I was going to the chow hall. Big ol’ thing. Then a cat-- there are two I’ve seen. The story is one is called “Compound 3” which is the parent-- and another one. The mother cat has had a lot of kittens apparently. To the right of the cat is parachutists which happens in the neighboring airfield. Big Spring Low is a former Air Force badge. Above that is “Ant” with his awesome long dreds he’s been growing for years and nearly touch the ground when down. To the right of him is the first unit I was in with the bunks. Directly below that is a view of the water tower.
