Douglass Park is located in Chicago, Illinois. It is a beautiful area where people go to have some recreational fun and kids can run free doing kid stuff. Across the street from this park stands a huge anonymous building which represents the complete opposite of Douglass Park. This building that I speak of is the Juvenile Detention Center located on 1100 N. Hamilton.
