Abstract painting, created using color-shifting Chameleon alcohol inks & gold mica on black synthetic paper, 12” x 12”. Titled “At First, Just Ghostly”, the art was debuted at the Pekin Days Art Show, Pekin ND, where it won a first place award in Painting-Other category, June 2023. It was then accepted into the joint Arts for Vets/UND Art Collections year-long exhibit, where it won the Colonel Eugene Myers Purchase Award 2023, and it will displayed in the UND President’s Collection and a have a permanent place in UND Art Collections, University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND.
