This piece began as a feeling and finished as a map. Mount Blanca in Spring reflects the view from our high-desert home, reinterpreted through color, motion, and abstraction. The shapes came from the land. The palette came from the season. It is a piece about sensing your way through familiar terrain and discovering something new.
