Lost and Found is a collection born from my discoveries made during recent road trips and the lingering joy that remains long after the journeys end. The collection, inspired by the Oxford definition—“a place where lost items are stored to await retrieval by their owners”—reflects the essence of my newest work. These paintings bring to light experiences tucked away in memory, some completely forgotten until awakened by one of the senses. Through an interplay of light, color, and line, I explore the chaos and uncertainty of being lost and the thrill of "finding"—not just places, but emotions and moments we may not have even realized we were missing. The pieces move between glimpses of familiar scenes set within swirling landscapes and bold images of dynamic abstracts. Each painting offers the viewer an opportunity to reconnect with their own lost and found experiences.
