In 2021 I learned there was a sculpture of an eagle at the Southern Utah Veterans Home in Ivins. It took me some time to find it, and I was astonished as I approached it and walked around it and observed it in its entirety. Such a symbol of freedom and our country, and such an image to remind us what our veterans have served for. Credit to artist Edward Hlavka for the magnificent bronze sculpture.
