I made The Wedding after taking an intense master acting class with Steve Scott in Chicago. I had chosen to work on a scene from Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, a play by John Patrick Shanley. I believe the painting represents those misguided and tragic characters mingled with my own misgivings.
