I had been working through a really hard time in my life and feeling some very complex powerful emotions when I made this piece. The movement and swirling complexity developed organically as every day a bit of what I was going through came out. Made by gluing cross cut branches and twigs gathered daily from my back yard. My hope is that this piece will express that even going through the hardest of times, the beauty and wonder of this life we live shines through.
