"Traversing the Norm" weaves a poetic message into its vivid layers, where words flow vertically and horizontally to mirror the interconnected complexities of existence. The phrases reflect humanity's unrelenting desire to understand the "comings and goings" of life—our knowing, wondering, wishing, suffocating, and doing. At the center, a solitary figure traversing a ladder, embodying the perpetual act of striving—perhaps coming, perhaps going—amid the vibrant chaos. Above, a square-shaped vortex draws the viewer’s gaze, symbolizing the pull of the unknown and the cycles of chaos and renewal. A single eye, unblinking and omnipresent, stares out from the canvas—watching, knowing, and bearing silent witness to the human struggle. It reflects the tension between suffocation and breath, crying and living, mourning and rising again "all in order to reorder and reform the norm."
