My Herd

I am a retired American living in Budapest, Hungary. I'm primarily a self-taught artist. Portraiture has been a favorite subject matter, but I continue to seek my voice as a painter, and therefore, my paintings represent a variety of subject matters. I paint what speaks to me as an artist, and a human. I try to capture moments of beauty or torment, just to capture a moment, a mood, that is my ambition.
