There’s just something special about a quiet morning before everyone else wakes up. Before the noise. Before the questions and the interruptions. Before even the dogs wake up. Being able to just sit in peace. I love to read or write and drink my tea with just the light of my desk lamp. And no noise. Don’t get me wrong, I am not exactly a morning person. I also love sleep. And most of the time I will choose sleep. But on those rare mornings when I do wake up early, there is just nothing better than this quiet. It is truly a special kind of me time.
