On a canvas of french vanilla rings, radiated values of turquois blue descend from dark amber.
Patiently assembled over days, thousands of 9x9 mm hand cut pieces of sheet glass create this intricate vessel. It evokes the patterns of ancient rings.
The pieces are fused at 1490F to form a flat disk and then slumped in three sucessively deeper molds a 1175F.
The matte finished opaque and transparent body is topped with a polished lip.
