The “Menziesia ferruginea,” also called “Mock Azalea” or “Fool’s Huckleberry” is a beautiful shrub growing in the deep shade of the cold, wet, high elevation forests of the Northwest. While it produces lovely bell-shaped blossoms, it does not bear the same delicious fruit as Montana’s favorite Huckleberry bushes. Prints available.
