I created this painting as a tribute and memorial to Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Named after the Dissent collar that she wore I added flowers that have symbolism.
The Peace lily plant for the rebirth of the soul, peace, and hope.
Gladiolus for strength, protea symbolizing courage.
By combining these elements in an abstract fashion I strive to capture the spirit of this legendary woman.
