An ode to my Canadian heritage, this painting features four vibrant orange maple leaves against a mottled off-white backdrop. The delicate border and two leaves showcases intricate ink-work which is one of my signature styles. This painting is a testament to the beauty of autumn. It evokes a deep love for the resplendent maple trees and the well known tradition of sugaring-off, a beloved tradition that comes with the processing of maple syrup in the fall of each year.
