"Chasing Sundown" was painted en plein air (out in the open) at the lily pond! This pond is close to Eagle Crest Resort and has several lilies sprawling over the surface. I caught the lighting just right on this day and exaggerated the colors of the pads for effect. This is a larger pastel at 18x12". It will be a stunning conversation piece in your fine home or office!
