The Order of Space continues on the theme of time during Covid-19.
As with buildings, a painting is constructed in layers with its history unclear and it’s future potential imagined. I wanted to explore stacking the past, present, and future together to emphasise that time is neither as concrete nor as linear as we think. Specifically, I distorted time and perspective and the spaces they mutually inhabit, through a process of the deconstruction and reconstruction of the space and its order.
