Augusto C. Bordelois is an accomplished Cuban-American artist based in Berea, Ohio. A graduate of the University of Havana in English Language and Literature, he has also trained extensively in sculpture, ceramics, costume design, and classical painting. His visual art has earned numerous awards and has been showcased in over 150 group exhibitions and 35 solo exhibitions globally. His work is part of private collections across multiple continents and permanent collections, including Cleveland State University and the Artists Archives of the Western Reserve.
In addition to his art practice, Augusto is a published writer, educator, and community arts advocate. He serves as a teaching artist for the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning and other organizations and is an active board member at Julia De Burgos Art Center. Currently, he directs Augusto Fine Art Studio and Art Center, fostering creativity and cultural exchange in Northeast Ohio.
